PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Collaboration among Lackawanna& Luzerne / Schuylkill WIBs, King's / Lackawanna / Luzerne County Community Colleges, CAEL, Prudential Retirement Services, and GUARD Insurance to provide a certificate program designed for adult Latino English language learners to become bilingually proficient in the basic concepts of the financial services industry.
